I finally got to see the cherry blossoms at high park with my good friend Jordan (http://cestnaturel.wordpress.com/)! 🙂

Does this also count as an OOTD since I went there a few days ago? My dress is from Costa Blanca!

This is a bit of a fangirl rant. You HAVE been warned! Lots of YouTube links, gif sets and Tumblr links included~

Dreamworks Animation makes the most amazing films I have ever seen in my life. How to Train Your Dragon and Rise of the Guardians are my two top favourites hands down.

I have been watching How to Train Your Dragon over and over again ever since my family bought the DVD. It’s a beautiful film.

One of fitting in, becoming who you are, forbidden friendships, and respect.

The amount of work that’s been put into this film is phenomenal. The smallest details were taken into consideration to truly make the film its own. If you look at each dragons fire, each is different and personalized to match the individual dragon. The expressions of the characters faces truly let the audience connect and fall in love with them.

And I shall leave off with one of my favourite lines from the film from Hiccup:

“And now the spinning. Thanks for nothing, you useless reptile.”

HELLOOOOOOOOO helloberry!

Ever heard of them? http://helloberryinc.com/index.php

You must be crazy or always looking down at your phone if you haven’t noticed these delicious arm candies walking around everywhere!

After seeing my favourite YouTuber’s, ThatsHeart and Beautycakez wear these, I instantly fell in love! I waited months and months, constantly debating about purchasing any bracelets, but now I finally did it! Seeing an email saying your package has been shipped made me the giddiest girl in the WORLD!

Receiving a package in the mail JUST for you is THE COOLEST THING IN THE WORLD! Much better than a text msg! I love things that are personalized and have great care for the little details taken into it, and shoutout to this team for doing it right! From the stamp to the card, it’s all just super adorable! (and I’m NOT a girly girl!)

It makes you feel so special!

Helloberry bracelet: London Fog Smoothie

Helloberry bracelet: Mocha Mini Smoothie

I chose neutral coloured bracelets so that I could have more to match with, but I really recommend buying a bold colour because the contrast with the gold chain will make it stand out beautifully! (They’ve also started silver as well, woohoo!)

The thicker bracelet (The London Fog Smoothie) is, in my opinion, much more of a statement compared to the mini smoothie, which is more for that nice dainty arm candy to have.

I’m a very skinny person, so the next time I’m buying, I’m going to have to see if I can get a customize bracelet so that it has a more snug fit for me.

I must sound like some crazy advertiser, but I’m not. (But I have been waiting to get these so that I could write a blog post about them!) When I buy things like jewelry, I enjoy every aspect of it. Finding a brand WORTH buying from is what counts too. I do my research and wait for a long period of time before finalizing something like this because I know in the end it’ll be worth it. This team not only advertises themselves well, but they always reply to their customers and welcome them into the family, which I think is just amazing! #ihearthelloberry

All photos are taken by me. Copyrights. Bri.Photography.

To the photobugs and everyone who owns a camera and/or loves to take/look at photos!

Have you ever found that one spot, that perfect place that you KNOW would be a place for a FANTASTIC shoot? You are visualizing the shots, the placements, the lighting, the models and EVERYTHING. But then, you either have to leave because you’re at a family outing or to come back is out of your reach distance-wise …

Don’t you think this is such a perfect, romantic spot for a couple shoot?

Oh, the gears in my brains cranked into overtime when I saw this~

I was SO happy taking this shot! Has a bit of a Disney feel to it. I’m no crazy love-struck girl, but this made me fall in love all over again~

I love gardens, they are just the epitome of beauty!

Vietnam truly is beautiful. I envy how stunning the women look! When I was at Carabram at the Vietnam pavilion, they gave us each a copy of their magazine, The Viet Sun (Volume VI- July 2012). I fell in love with their beauty, style, fashion & lifestyle~

Body types. It’s not something that we can do much about, but we should take care of what we have.

I’m NATURALLY skinny. You can tell at a first glance. However, I am NOT anorexic.

A lot of people can’t believe that I am this skinny, even though I have been pretty much my whole life. It’s something that I get really self-conscious about without realizing it, especially when people first meet me. I wish when people first met me, they don’t comment on how skinny I am, but rather judge me on my personality instead. My sarcasm can handle being judged because I allow my personality to be what I want it to be.

I’ve had people ask if I go on diets or if I’m anorexic and that bothers me. I try not to get defensive because then they might think I’m lying, but it’s sad that people think I actually TRY to make myself become this skinny.

There are times I will try my hardest to eat … A LOT. But no matter how many attempts, I can’t gain that weight. It’s just how I’m built. I can’t eat a whole lot, because my stomach simply can’t handle it. I’ve never done anything extreme with trying to gain weight, nothing dangerous or anything like that, but I wish I could actually gain weight.

If I could choose, I would not want to be this skinny, but I can’t do a whole lot about it. I’ve learned to live with it, but the thoughts still creep up from the back of my mind when I’m not looking.

I know this is one of those subjects that people ‘preach’ to others about, however I’m not trying to do that. I’m just throwing out my opinions. Nothing more, nothing less.

I think we forget that a lot of body types come naturally,

There’s pro’s and con’s to every body type, but you just need to remember what the pro’s are to your body are and embrace it~

I think everyone should be a “model” at one point in their life. No, I don’t mean going into a huge fancy studio and spending a whole load of money (although a bunch of friends saving up for a long period of time and going together seems like more fun)! But seriously, have someone take your photos’ for no specific reason. Do it just because you can.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned when actually taking portraits, is that everyone can enjoy having their photo taken. When I realized someone’s face will light up when they see a photo that they like, it just dawned on me. This is what makes it so worth it. That was why I let myself dive into portraits more and more.

I’m sure plenty of people would like it, even if it was only once in their life, who wouldn’t? Girls love to dress up when they go out and “cam-whore” because they feel good. Guys too have their days where they feel extremely great, practically on top of the world. Letting someone get dressed and take their photo and just have a good time seems like more than enough reason to do it. Don’t you agree?

Wouldn’t you like to have those few photo’s to look back on of yourself just showing that you are at your best? You know you feel good, you had fun, and you got a fun experience out of it to tell someone about when they ask “hey, that’s such a nice photo! When did you do this?
