I’m the type of girl that if I don’t write it out in some form, I won’t bother pursuing the goals I have in mind.

Since summer’s started, I’ve noticed a few things about myself, more of it being changes that I need to take initiative on!

  • Replace Coke/Pepsi (with either water, orange juice or ice tea!)
  • Eating proper meals (I don’t eat 3 full meals anymore. Bad me!)
  • Eating healthy (Oh, the hardest one of them all!)

I think of this as a personal post to myself! If I can make a commitment to blog every week, I can do this too … right?

The key is to keep it short, simple, and sweet. Makes it feel like it’s easier to accomplish!
